DESCRIPTION
Curious about the pottery wheel or ready to build your skills? This half-day Summer Break camp for ages 11–16 focuses on the fundamentals of wheel throwing in a supportive, beginner-friendly environment. Campers will learn core wheel skills like centering, pulling walls, shaping forms, and trimming, with plenty of time to practice, make multiples, and gain confidence through repetition. Instruction emphasizes process, experimentation, and learning from mistakes. All clay, tools, and firings are included. Finished pieces will be ready for pickup a few weeks after the camp concludes. Schedule and Logistics: Half-day camp, 9:00am–12:00pm Please be sure to drop off and pick up promptly Light snacks will be provided, but feel free to bring your own snacks as well
CANCELLATION POLICY
May be cancelled up to 10 days prior to the first class of the session for a full refund minus a $30 processing fee. To cancel within 10 days or after the session begins, please contact us at mudvilleclaystudio@gmail.com. Late cancellations are not eligible for a refund, but participants may reschedule or receive studio credit. Should we need to cancel a class/workshop/camp due to low enrollment, we will notify you one week prior and issue a full refund.
