Clay + Flowers: A Two-Part Workshop

DESCRIPTION
Join us for a two-part creative collaboration celebrating the intersection of clay and flowers. In this workshop, you’ll handbuild a ceramic vase and return two weeks later to fill it with a thoughtfully arranged floral design. Please note: This is a two-part workshop held at two different locations. Participants must be able to attend both sessions before signing up. Part One When: Sunday March 1, from 4-6pm Where: Mudville Clay Studio; 4805 SW 77th Ave What: Handbuild your own ceramic vase using fundamental techniques. Choose a glaze from our curated palette, and we’ll fire your piece in our kiln. Part Two When: Sunday March 15, from 4-6pm Where: SAGE Flowers; 7807 SW Capitol Hwy What: Return for a guided floral arranging session using your finished vase. You’ll learn how to select and arrange flowers that complement the scale, shape, and style of the piece you made. No prior experience needed. All materials included. This workshop is designed for participants ages 13-adults. You’ll leave with a handmade ceramic vase and a fresh floral arrangement, both designed by you: a true collaboration between two crafts and two small businesses.
CANCELLATION POLICY
May be cancelled up to 10 days prior to the first class of the session for a full refund minus a $30 processing fee. To cancel within 10 days or after the session begins, please contact us at mudvilleclaystudio@gmail.com. Late cancellations are not eligible for a refund, but participants may reschedule or receive studio credit. Should we need to cancel a class/workshop/camp due to low enrollment, we will notify you one week prior and issue a full refund.
